About the role
- Define the OEM hardware product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
- Build the business plan including scope, investment logic, milestones, and success criteria
- Analyze and structure OEM, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Coordinate Hardware design and supplier alignment
- Ensure alignment with IATF 16949 principles
Requirements
- 2+ years in hardware product management/program management/engineering leadership
- Strong understanding of electronics hardware development
- Practical knowledge of IATF/audits/automotive quality concepts
- Leadership & Ownership skills
- Comfortable building things from scratch
- Clear communication with engineers, management, and customers
