About the role

  • Conduct recruitment both in Lithuania and internationally, with a strong emphasis on IT/sales roles and international positions requiring foreign language skills.
  • Be a strategic partner: work closely with the regional leadership team to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—coaching, challenging, and guiding them toward strong, data-informed hiring decisions.
  • Touch on our culture, employer branding, leadership and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Technical recruiting experience in international environments.
  • Ability to deeply understand business needs and demonstrate how strong talent engagement drives performance.
  • Creative and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Skills at developing clear, actionable plans aligned with business and talent strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
