About the role
- Conduct recruitment both in Lithuania and internationally, with a strong emphasis on IT/sales roles and international positions requiring foreign language skills.
- Be a strategic partner: work closely with the regional leadership team to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies.
- Provide expert guidance in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—coaching, challenging, and guiding them toward strong, data-informed hiring decisions.
- Touch on our culture, employer branding, leadership and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Technical recruiting experience in international environments.
- Ability to deeply understand business needs and demonstrate how strong talent engagement drives performance.
- Creative and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Skills at developing clear, actionable plans aligned with business and talent strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and data-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
