About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the team with internal and external communication;
  • Draft documents (meeting minutes, activity tracking, among others);
  • Prepare recurring reports for clients who require them;
  • Enter payments into the financial system;
  • Organize department documents with support from leadership;
  • Assist management with documentation for audits and annual maintenance;
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with managed-service clients;
  • Review and evaluate administrative processes;
  • Create contracts in the ITSM tool;
  • Prepare and send the client welcome kit and contact clients to confirm delivery of the kit;
  • Assist in creating accounts and contacts within the ITSM tool;
  • Support administrative tasks related to the ITSM tool;
  • Assist the team in resolving general Service Desk requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in or completed a university degree in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with administrative routines.
  • Experience in technical support.
