Administrative Assistant – Service Desk

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team with internal and external communication;
- Draft documents (meeting minutes, activity tracking, among others);
- Prepare recurring reports for clients who require them;
- Enter payments into the financial system;
- Organize department documents with support from leadership;
- Assist management with documentation for audits and annual maintenance;
- Conduct follow-up meetings with managed-service clients;
- Review and evaluate administrative processes;
- Create contracts in the ITSM tool;
- Prepare and send the client welcome kit and contact clients to confirm delivery of the kit;
- Assist in creating accounts and contacts within the ITSM tool;
- Support administrative tasks related to the ITSM tool;
- Assist the team in resolving general Service Desk requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in or completed a university degree in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with administrative routines.
- Experience in technical support.
