About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the creation, review and standardization of IT policies, standards and procedures;
Map technical and operational processes based on ITIL/COBIT;
Monitor governance, productivity and quality indicators;
Prepare management and executive reports for the CTO;
Support audits and internal controls by organizing evidence and documentation.
Identify IT risks related to cloud services and record mitigation plans;
Monitor compliance with internal policies and security requirements;
Support initiatives related to ISO 27001, LGPD and information security.
Track incidents, problems and changes for cloud services;
Support the definition and monitoring of SLAs, OLAs and technical KPIs;
Propose continuous improvements in service and operations workflows.
Keep documentation repositories up to date;
Document integrations, flows, standards and delivery processes;
Support the organization of strategic documents for the CTO and leadership.
Participate in governance, automation and continuous improvement initiatives;
Monitor internal projects, ensuring alignment with defined processes;
Facilitate communication between technical teams and internal areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree;
Previous experience (2–3 years) in IT governance, processes, compliance or related areas;
Knowledge of ITIL (Foundation desirable);
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, GLPI, etc.);
Organized, detail-oriented and clear communicator;
Ability to interact with technical teams and Cloud operations;
Power BI for building and analyzing reports and indicators;
Analytical profile and ability to work with metrics and indicators;
Ownership mindset and proactive attitude;
Good communication with Senior Management and technical teams;
Intermediate or advanced English.
