About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical-commercial support;
- Develop strategic plans for client prospecting;
- Develop and implement an action plan for servicing each account;
- Coordinate teamwork in partnership with technical, finance, administrative and operations teams;
- Manage sales processes targeting the private sector and enterprise customers;
- Develop action plans to meet targets, such as promotional campaigns for end customers, partner relationship building, organizing events, supporting the creation of marketing materials to strengthen the company image, and increasing market share;
- Execute targeted initiatives focused on cloud computing projects in the Southeast region;
- Prospect new business focused on cloud computing and maintain the client portfolio;
- Prepare contract proposals; analyze opportunities;
- Support customers in their digital transformation journey;
- Perform post-sales contacts to ensure customer retention;
- Conduct post-sales activities to maintain the customer;
- Perform other duties relevant to the role as required by the company.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience selling managed Cloud services;
- Advanced knowledge of Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365;
- Experience in client relationship management;
- Previous experience as an Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud solutions;
- Familiarity with the partner portfolios for Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365;
- Familiarity with Microsoft's security portfolio;
- Hunter sales profile (proactive in acquiring new clients);
- Microsoft Sales and AWS Sales certifications;
- Experience in a specific industry such as Retail, Financial Services or Healthcare.
