About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively prospect new clients by identifying companies with potential fit for Teltec’s solutions and designing personalized commercial approaches.
  • Work with the existing customer base by mapping expansion opportunities, new requirements and potential areas for commercial engagement.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing company profile, needs, opportunity maturity, customer pain points, portfolio fit and potential progression through the sales funnel.
  • Make initial contacts with prospects and existing clients via email, phone, LinkedIn and other commercial channels, ensuring a consultative approach aligned with the customer’s context.
  • Identify business needs related to technology, Cloud, Data, Security, productivity, infrastructure and managed services, connecting those needs to Teltec’s portfolio solutions.
  • Record, update and track information on leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring data quality and pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze prospecting and qualification metrics such as contact volume, conversions, response rate, opportunities generated, lead source and funnel progression.
  • Contribute to improvements in prospecting processes, sales cadences, qualification criteria and the organization of commercial information.
  • Support account and lead prioritization based on data, segmentation, business potential and commercial direction set by leadership.
  • Interface with Account Executives, pre-sales, marketing and other internal teams to align opportunities, provide initial technical understanding and appropriately route qualified leads.
  • Monitor opportunities generated in the early stages of the sales cycle, ensuring a structured handover to the team responsible for continuing the negotiation.
  • Participate in strategic commercial initiatives, prospecting campaigns and targeted actions by market, account portfolio, solution or customer profile.
  • Contribute to building commercial intelligence by providing insights on the market, lead behavior, frequent objections, recurring needs and opportunities to improve the commercial approach.
  • Act collaboratively, ethically and respectfully, helping to maintain a safe, inclusive and results-oriented environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field.
  • Initial experience in prospecting, pre-sales or B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel, qualification processes and CRM usage.
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools for organizing, analyzing and tracking commercial information.
  • Experience in technology companies or with Cloud/Data solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with consultative prospecting and working with a customer base.
  • Knowledge of Excel/Power BI or commercial data analysis.
  • English for reading and technical context.
