About the role

  • Provide technical and commercial account support;
  • Develop strategic plans for client prospecting;
  • Develop and implement an action plan to service each account;
  • Coordinate activities in partnership with technical, finance, administrative and operations teams;
  • Manage sales processes for the private sector, serving corporate clients;
  • Develop action plans to meet targets, such as promotional campaigns for end customers, partner relationship management, organizing events, supporting the creation of marketing materials to strengthen the company’s image, and increasing market share;
  • Carry out targeted activities focused on cloud computing projects in the Southeast region;
  • Prospect new cloud-focused business opportunities and maintain the client portfolio;
  • Prepare contract proposals; analyze opportunities;
  • Support clients on their digital transformation journey;
  • Perform post-sales follow-up contacts to retain clients;
  • Perform post-sales activities to maintain client relationships;
  • Perform other duties related to the role as required by the company.

Requirements

  • Experience selling managed Cloud services;
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365;
  • Experience in client relationship management;
  • Experience working as an Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud solutions is a plus;
  • Familiarity with the partner portfolios for Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s security portfolio;
  • Hunter sales profile (proactive, new-business oriented);
  • Microsoft Sales certification; AWS Sales certification;
  • Experience in a specific industry, such as Retail, Financial or Healthcare.
