About the role
- Provide technical-commercial support;
- Develop strategic planning for client prospecting;
- Develop and implement action plans for servicing each account;
- Lead teamwork in partnership with technical, finance, administrative and operations teams;
- Lead sales processes in the private market, servicing corporate clients;
- Develop action plans to achieve targets, such as promotional campaigns for end customers, partner relationship building, organizing events, supporting the creation of marketing materials to strengthen the company’s image, and increasing market share;
- Execute specific initiatives focused on cloud computing projects in the Southeast region;
- Prospect new business focused on cloud computing and maintain the client portfolio;
- Prepare contract proposals; analyze opportunities;
- Support clients in their digital transformation journey;
- Conduct post-sales contacts to retain customers;
- Perform post-sales activities to maintain the client;
- Perform other duties relevant to the role, as required by the company.
Requirements
- Experience selling managed Cloud services;
- Advanced knowledge of Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365;
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- If you have previously worked as an Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud solutions;
- If you have previously worked as an Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud solutions;
- If you know the partner portfolios for Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365; if you know Microsoft's security portfolio;
- If you have a hunter profile;
- Microsoft Sales Certification; AWS Sales Certification;
- If you have knowledge of a specific industry, such as Retail, Financial or Healthcare.
