About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for LATAM positions (profile alignment, posting, sourcing/hunting, screening, interviews and closing), supporting hires for Corporate, Backoffice and Tech (IT Services and Software) teams, with a focus on software development and cloud (Azure).
  • Hold alignment and calibration meetings with leaders and internal clients (and, when applicable, external clients), supporting the definition of seniority, technical requirements and attraction strategy.
  • Manage and analyze recruitment and selection data and KPIs (funnel, SLA, conversions, quality of hire), maintaining dashboards and reports (Power BI/Excel) and generating insights to guide decisions and prioritize requests.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, with clear and regular communication (including conducting interviews and alignments in English and/or Spanish when required).
  • Operate in IT consulting environments, running multiple processes simultaneously, demonstrating urgency, organization and the ability to prioritize with requesting areas.
  • Support hiring for Tech (Cloud IT Services and Software) and corporate roles, understanding technical requirements and advising on sourcing strategy.
  • Research market trends and best practices, including tech communities and events, to improve attraction, sourcing and talent engagement strategies.
  • Implement continuous improvements to recruitment and selection processes (standardization, playbooks, templates, automations and use of AI), promoting efficiency, quality and compliance.
  • Participate in employer branding projects and talent attraction initiatives focused on technology (communities, universities, events and partnerships).
  • Be responsible for participating in internal and external audits related to recruitment and selection processes, ensuring governance, traceability and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment and selection, preferably with high volume and/or technology positions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews and meetings.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple demands.
  • Experience recruiting tech roles, especially software development (back-end, front-end, full stack, mobile), cloud vacancies and related engineering positions.
  • Experience in IT consulting firms and/or service providers, handling multiple projects and interacting with different areas.
  • English and Spanish (ability to conduct alignments and interviews in these languages).
  • Knowledge/understanding of technologies and stacks related to Azure cloud (e.g., Azure DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Business Applications, Observability).
