About the role
- Support the Commercial team with daily activities;
- Contribute to the execution of initiatives outlined in the commercial strategic plan;
- Assist with sales operations, including updating and maintaining the CRM;
- Perform prospecting of new clients (inbound and outbound);
- Qualify leads (inbound and outbound);
- Promote Teltec's portfolio solutions, identifying potential client needs;
- Create and edit support materials for internal and external communications.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a technical course or higher education program;
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, among other Microsoft solutions;
- Demonstrate commitment and responsibility;
- Completion of a Microsoft Office and related Microsoft solutions course (a plus);
- Experience with administrative routines and client prospecting (a plus).
