About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Commercial team with daily activities;
  • Contribute to the execution of initiatives outlined in the commercial strategic plan;
  • Assist with sales operations, including updating and maintaining the CRM;
  • Perform prospecting of new clients (inbound and outbound);
  • Qualify leads (inbound and outbound);
  • Promote Teltec's portfolio solutions, identifying potential client needs;
  • Create and edit support materials for internal and external communications.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a technical course or higher education program;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, among other Microsoft solutions;
  • Demonstrate commitment and responsibility;
  • Completion of a Microsoft Office and related Microsoft solutions course (a plus);
  • Experience with administrative routines and client prospecting (a plus).
