About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan the project together with the specialists responsible for implementation, preparing the necessary documentation, allocating resources, and managing project communications.
Monitor the execution phase, acting as a facilitator in problem resolution and conducting periodic follow-up meetings with stakeholders to evaluate progress and define necessary actions.
Control project scope, cost, schedule and quality, aligned with deliverables and client expectations.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project.
Prepare status reports and present updates to management and clients.
Close the project with clients through closing meetings and the preparation and submission of documentation. Internally, follow procedures for closing costs, records and releasing resources.
Propose and promote improvements in processes, methods, tools and documentation used by the projects area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, IT or related fields.
Experience in IT project management.
Proven knowledge of project management techniques, practices, tools and processes (PMBOK).
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
Advanced/Fluent English.
The following are a plus:
PMP certification.
CAPM certification.
Scrum Master certification.
