About the role

  • Plan the project together with the specialists responsible for implementation, preparing the necessary documentation, allocating resources, and managing project communications.
  • Monitor the execution phase, acting as a facilitator in problem resolution and conducting periodic follow-up meetings with stakeholders to evaluate progress and define necessary actions.
  • Control project scope, cost, schedule and quality, aligned with deliverables and client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project.
  • Prepare status reports and present updates to management and clients.
  • Close the project with clients through closing meetings and the preparation and submission of documentation. Internally, follow procedures for closing costs, records and releasing resources.
  • Propose and promote improvements in processes, methods, tools and documentation used by the projects area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, IT or related fields.
  • Experience in IT project management.
  • Proven knowledge of project management techniques, practices, tools and processes (PMBOK).
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • The following are a plus:
  • PMP certification.
  • CAPM certification.
  • Scrum Master certification.
