About the role

  • Provide technical and commercial customer support;
  • Develop strategic plans for client prospecting;
  • Develop and implement action plans for servicing each account;
  • Lead teamwork in partnership with technical, finance, administrative and operations teams;
  • Manage sales processes in the private market, serving corporate clients;
  • Develop action plans to achieve targets, such as promotional campaigns for end customers, partner relationship management, organizing events, supporting the development of marketing materials to strengthen the company’s image, and increasing market share;
  • Carry out specific initiatives focused on cloud computing projects in the Southeast region;
  • Prospect new business with a focus on cloud computing and maintain the client portfolio;
  • Prepare contract proposals;
  • Analyze opportunities;
  • Support customers on their digital transformation journey;
  • Make post-sales contacts to support customer retention;
  • Perform post-sales activities to maintain customer relationships;
  • Perform other duties related to the role, as required by the company.

Requirements

  • Experience selling managed cloud services;
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365;
  • Experience in customer relationship management;
  • Experience working as an Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud solutions is a plus;
  • Familiarity with partner portfolios for Azure, AWS, Office and Microsoft 365 is a plus;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s security portfolio is a plus;
  • Proven 'hunter' sales profile (proactive in new business development);
  • Microsoft Sales certification;
  • AWS Sales certification;
  • Experience in a specific industry, such as Retail, Finance or Healthcare is a plus.
