  • Delight Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service and provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
  • Identify the products and services customers need to transform their telecommunications experience
  • Provide consultative sales and develop customised solutions for customers to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Be continually trained on the latest tech and gadgets and apply product knowledge to support customers
  • Collaborate with the in-store team to empower customers and showcase your X-factor
  • Participate in assessments as part of the recruitment process (Hire Vue)
