About the role
- Delight Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service and provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
- Identify the products and services customers need to transform their telecommunications experience
- Provide consultative sales and develop customised solutions for customers to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Be continually trained on the latest tech and gadgets and apply product knowledge to support customers
- Collaborate with the in-store team to empower customers and showcase your X-factor
- Participate in assessments as part of the recruitment process (Hire Vue)
Requirements
- The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- A drive to reach (and exceed!) sales targets and KPIs
- The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond!)
- A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
