About the role
- Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey and outstanding customer service
- Identify and recommend Telstra products and services to transform customers' telecommunications experience
- Use a progressive sales approach and consultative service to empower customers
- Continuously train on the latest technology and gadgets
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Support customers with solutions, setup, and product demonstrations in-store
Requirements
- The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- A drive to reach (and exceed!) sales targets and KPIs
- The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond!)
- A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
