About the role
- Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey and outstanding customer service
- Identify products and services customers need and recommend customised solutions
- Empower customers to transform their telecommunications experience
- Continually train on the latest technology and devices
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling
- Collaborate with store team to deliver high-quality retail experiences
- Participate in assessment and recruitment steps (HireVue) as part of hiring process
Requirements
- Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- Appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
