About the role
- Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey and outstanding customer service
- Identify and recommend products and services to transform customers' telecommunications experience
- Deliver progressive, consultative sales to meet customer needs and sales KPIs
- Be continually trained on the latest technology, gadgets and Telstra products
- Collaborate with store teams to support and solution for customers
- Participate in assessment steps (HireVue) as part of recruitment process
Requirements
- The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- A drive to reach (and exceed!) sales targets and KPIs
- The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond!)
- A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
