About the role
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service and deliver an outstanding customer journey
- Identify customer needs and recommend Telstra products and services to transform their telecommunications experience
- Use consultative sales approach to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Continuously train on the latest technology and gadgets and apply product knowledge to support customers
- Collaborate with store team members to achieve store performance and recognition programs
- Work retail store hours and support store operations across listed Brisbane locations
Requirements
- The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- A drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
- The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
- A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
