About the role
- Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey and outstanding customer service
- Identify products and services customers need and provide customised solutions
- Empower customers through consultative sales and support
- Continually train on latest technology and gadgets to maintain product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; participate in monthly performance rewards
- Work collaboratively within the retail team in Telstra stores
Requirements
- The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- A drive to reach (and exceed!) sales targets and KPIs
- The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond!)
- A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
