About the role
- Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey and outstanding customer service
- Identify and recommend Telstra products and services to meet customer needs
- Use consultative sales approach to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Continually train on latest technologies and product knowledge
- Collaborate with store team to deliver solutions and performance recognition
- Support customers with technical enquiries, device demonstrations and solutions
Requirements
- Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- Appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- Drive to reach (and exceed!) sales targets and KPIs
- Hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond!)
- A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Willingness to complete an assessment via Hire Vue
