About the role

  • Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey and outstanding customer service
  • Identify and recommend Telstra products and services to meet customer needs
  • Use consultative sales approach to drive sales and achieve KPIs
  • Continually train on latest technologies and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with store team to deliver solutions and performance recognition
  • Support customers with technical enquiries, device demonstrations and solutions

  • Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
  • Appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
