Support a wide range of contract, compliance, and operational needs across the business.
Develop, refine, and document legal processes, including subpoena responses, compliance protocols, and knowledge management.
Evaluate and implement legal technology platforms - including AI-driven solutions—for contract review, workflow automation, and compliance monitoring.
Work directly with teams across the company to remove legal blockers and keep projects moving forward.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and internal stakeholders, translating legal concepts into practical guidance.
Support global initiatives with sensitivity to jurisdictional differences, often in partnership with outside counsel.
Participate in investor, lender, customer, and vendor interactions, serving as a professional representative of Telnyx while protecting company interests.
Collaborate with the General Counsel to craft compliance strategies and monitor evolving regulatory frameworks, with focus on AI and technology.
Develop internal policies (e.g., retention, security, privacy) that reflect both legal obligations and business priorities.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience as an attorney (transactional or generalist backgrounds welcome).
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active state bar license in the United States.
Located in the continental U.S. (Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones).
Demonstrated interest or experience in technology, AI-driven legal tools, and workflow automation.
Excited to leverage technology to make legal operations more efficient.
Comfortable learning and applying new tools, particularly AI-enabled platforms.
