About the role

Collaborate with AI tools (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to develop and maintain AI agents and solutions.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI automation.
Design and document AI workflows and integration points.
Support the implementation of AI solutions across different departments.
Help optimize existing AI workflows and systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Create documentation and test cases using AI-assisted tools.
Monitor AI system performance and help troubleshoot issues.
Participate in AI solution training and deployment activities.

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
Strong business process analysis skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Preferred: Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare IT systems
Preferred: Basic understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture
Preferred: Familiarity with AWS AI services such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, or Amazon Comprehend
Preferred: Knowledge of AI development platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google AI)
Preferred: Understanding of REST APIs and web services
Preferred: Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security
Preferred: Experience with project documentation and technical writing
