Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the delegate for the Global CIO as required, including participation in executive forums, governance committees, audits, and senior stakeholder engagements.
Develop and execute the information Technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Develop and deliver application road maps for enterprise systems.
Provide leadership across global IT teams to ensure consistent execution of strategy, standards, and operating models.
Lead and govern major enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, clinical system, global platform upgrades).
Support portfolio governance, sequencing, and dependency management across the enterprise landscape.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Own and deliver risk management plans for enterprise applications.
Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.
Negotiate and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior leadership experience in enterprise IT roles (e.g. Deputy CIO, Senior Director IT, Head of Enterprise Applications)
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise application portfolios in complex, global organisations
Strong background in business relationship management at executive and senior leadership levels
Proven ability to operate in regulated environments
Experience leading globally distributed teams and vendor ecosystems
Strong financial, governance, and delivery management capability
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years in IT leadership roles with progressive responsibility
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
