About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
Translate defined business and technical requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
Build maintainable and scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
Implement and support Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST APIs and middleware
Facilitate peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and model Salesforce development best practices
Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Maintain technical documentation for implementation features and contribute to solution documentation as needed
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Data Analytics, and delivery team members to support end-to-end solution delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications Preferred
Strong experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce APIs and integrations
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git)
Experience with VS Code or similar IDE preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and Record, Object and Field level security
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Experience working with source-driven change control (Git-based workflows)
Experience working in environments with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with change management processes and release coordination
Experience working with Sales Cloud
Familiarity with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
Experience leading projects or mentoring developers
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
