About the role

  • Primary point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Support new clients with the implementation of our telius solution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns.
  • Conduct workshops to ensure customers achieve effective solutions.
  • Act as the interface between clients and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Management).

Requirements

  • Strong ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work in a disciplined and goal-oriented manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze user behavior, identify trends and opportunities, and monitor and optimize customer campaigns.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, combined with an independent and responsible working style.
  • Prior experience in customer support or customer success is a plus but not required.
