About the role

  • Primary point of contact for customers and responsible for building long-term relationships.
  • Support new customers in the implementation of our telius solution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and create reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns.
  • Conduct workshops to ensure customers receive an effective solution.
  • Act as an interface between customers and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Management).

Requirements

  • Strong ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work in a disciplined and goal-oriented manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze user behavior, identify trends and opportunities, and monitor and optimize customer campaigns.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, combined with a self-directed and responsible working style.
  • Prior experience in customer support is an advantage but not required.
