About the role

  • You will align marketing and sales into a high-performing team with a clear goal: turning leads into satisfied, long-term customers
  • Increase visibility & reach (Awareness)
  • Develop and implement SEO measures, including keyword research, website analyses and optimizations
  • Plan and manage our LinkedIn communications
  • Execute targeted ad campaigns to expand reach
  • Generate leads & support sales (Consideration & Conversion)
  • Implement and analyze digital campaigns for systematic lead generation
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Customer retention & value enhancement (Retention & CLV)
  • Plan and run upselling, cross-selling and activation campaigns
  • Develop automated customer communications
  • Monitor current trends and technologies in digital marketing and derive strategic inputs for our marketing approach

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in digital marketing and lead management — ideally in a B2B or service-oriented environment
  • You combine strategic planning with hands-on execution — across content, SEO/SEA, email marketing and conversion optimization
  • Confident working with KPIs, CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Ability to develop user-friendly, search-engine-optimized landing pages
  • Proficient with CMS and SEO tools and solid UX knowledge
  • Structured, self-motivated and with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English is an advantage
