About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor & triage security alerts across SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other telemetry to separate real threats from noise.
Investigate security incidents end-to-end, determine impact and scope, and drive containment and response.
Hunt for threats proactively and help tune detection rules, use cases, and correlation logic to cut false positives.
Communicate clearly with customers — write up findings, recommendations, and incident reports they can act on.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or blue-team role (or strong, demonstrable skills if earlier in your career)
Solid understanding of SIEM and EDR/XDR concepts, log analysis, and common attack techniques (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK)
Working knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux internals, and cloud security fundamentals
Ability to prioritise, document clearly, and stay sharp during high-tempo incidents
Fluency in English and Lithuanian
