About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and harden the platforms and automation for SOC
Engineer & operate detection stack — SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR — including onboarding, log pipelines, and integrations
Automate repetitive SOC workflows with playbooks, scripting, and SOAR
Provision & harden customer environments in private cloud, applying security best practices
Develop detections and content — correlation rules, use cases, and parsers—improving coverage and quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience engineering or administering SIEM/EDR/XDR or SOAR platforms (or strong systems/security skills if earlier in your career)
Scripting & automation skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash) and comfort working with APIs and integrations
Solid grounding in networking, Windows/Linux, and cloud/virtualization (e.g. private cloud, IaC concepts)
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, document your work, and collaborate with analysts and customers
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
