Product Manager

• Lead a team of cross-functional professionals, product managers, product owners, designers and clinical subject matter experts to provide strategic direction, coach on critical aspects of early-stage ideation.
• Partner with other key stakeholders (customers, engineering, market research and designated commercial lead(s) to define and execute key processes and metrics that ensure a high performing and measurable environment for immature products that require rapid and flexible execution.
• Cultivate a strategic roadmap that reflects market needs, TeleTracking capabilities, competitive positioning, and customer value. Articulate and align the key stakeholders around the value proposition and TeleTracking’s right to win, including building appropriate proposals and business cases as needed.
• Recommend and participate in build/buy/partner analyses to address key market opportunities. Work cross-functionally to ensure that other key stakeholders are involved in the creation and aligned with the direction of the solution. Ensure key milestones and targets are completed with adequate detail to determine viability.
• Lead market analysis and voice of customer activities. Engage current and potential customers in contributing to the strategic vision of the solution line.
• Support the commercial efforts of the organization, including defining commercialization strategies. Monitor and help ensure adequate momentum is built to achieve targeted revenue levels that warrant adoption in the broader portfolio.
• Manage solution line budgets and financial targets to pre-defined mileposts and develop strategies to ensure success. Develop investment recommendations for the solution line, including internal development investment, or buy/partner strategies. Create and advance business cases for new initiatives within the solution line and across the portfolio

• Achieve Target: Your primary objective is to grow the business. Establish clear targets and lead the client engagement strategy with other TeleTracking stakeholders. Continuously analyze and utilize KPIs to measure performance to target. Provide regular updates and insights to the TeleTracking leadership team.
• Drive Client Retention and Growth: Leverage your extensive experience and CXO network to develop and execute growth plans with large health systems, both existing clients and net new. When our clients win, we win.
• Innovative Thought Partner: Understand the unique market dynamics of each system through research and discovery to effectively position TeleTracking to improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. Important that our clients view us as a strategic partner and not a vendor.
• Segment Focus with Broad Engagement: Serving healthcare operations at a strategic level requires engagement beyond the health system itself, to include payers, channel partners, consulting organizations and various referral locations that combine to form the operational network for an individual health system or market area.
• Build Strong Relationships: Create and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on executives and decision-makers.

VP, Strategic Partnerships

• Collaborate with staff from client sites (clinicians, administrators, and IT teams) to understand operational pain points in operational areas like transfer coordination, patient throughput, situational awareness, etc.
• Designs solutions using the Palantir Workshop application to show current and prospective customers how we can solve their problems using technology. Involves gathering real-time feedback to refine and iterate these solution prototypes rapidly as needed. The PO bridges the gap between Palantir’s Foundry platform and the customer’s use case.
• Acts as a technical translator and strategic bridge between the business problem and the platform capabilities. Within their product domain, the Product Owner’s responsibilities include delivery of high-quality epics and user stories, backlog prioritization and grooming, and sprint management for efficient and informed code delivery. This role owns the epic and user story backlog and is accountable for breaking down epics into user stories that are consumable and testable by a scrum team. They accept user stories as done at the end of the sprint and ultimately drive to code readiness for product release. They lead sprint activities such as the retrospective, demo, and planning sessions with Engineering team.
• This role serves as a trusted, collaborative partner with Engineering and translates both internal and external needs. In collaboration with Product Management and Product Design, this role leverages 3rd party market research and solicits voice of customer input and user feedback to validate requirements, stories, and designs. Connects business requirements and design criteria to technical requirements and ultimately breaks the work down into development increments that Engineering can deliver code against.
• This person may also serve as a functional expert, making suggestions around best practices and tool sets, collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure processes and methodologies across the functions are cohesive and effective.
