About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and maintain Telestream's internal IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based systems
- Resolve complex user support issues
- Collaborate closely with the global IT team
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and well-maintained
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in Systems Administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with MDM solutions for managing and securing end-user devices for both Windows and MacOS
- Familiarity with identity and access management platforms (Okta or comparable), including user provisioning and policy management.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, particularly AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, or comparable services).
- Proficiency supporting and troubleshooting both Windows and macOS operating systems in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with MDM solutions for managing and securing end-user devices.
- Automation experience using Workato or a similar tool
- Familiarity with FortiNet
- You are comfortable closing support cases as well as serving as an escalation point for helpdesk
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and escalate appropriately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
