  • As a Network Engineer at Telestream, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security across the organization.   • - Administer, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to guarantee reliable connectivity for all staff.
  • - Monitor network performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • - Conduct regular system and security audits, identifying vulnerabilities and mitigating risks.
  • - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to network infrastructure.
  • - Collaborate with IT teams to implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • - Document network configurations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • - Stay informed on emerging trends in networking and network security.
  • **Qualifications**
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • - Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar IT role.
  • - Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
  • - Experience managing network security measures, including firewalls and VPNs.
  • - Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are preferred.
  • - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
