About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • - Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.
  • - Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services.
  • - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • - Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
  • - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
  • - Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • - In-depth knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management, minimum two (2) years experience
  • - Thorough understanding of Sales/marketing and negotiating techniques
  • - Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace and Other Sales Tools
  • - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
