About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Provide spot quotes and negotiate long term contract rates (BSA/HBA) while balancing yield and load factors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Lead Sales/ Sr. Sales Executive, TPH operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management, minimum two (2) years experience
  • Thorough understanding of Sales/marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace and Other Sales Tools
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
