About the role

  • Proactively call and message inbound leads from paid ad campaigns
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (use case, volume, urgency, fit)
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the BD team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal cards in HubSpot
  • Log call outcomes, customer needs, objections, and next steps
  • Track and manage 200+ active leads concurrently without drop-off
  • Engage all new sign-ups to answer questions and guide them towards placing their first order
  • Address basic pricing, operational, and onboarding queries
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
  • Identify recurring customer questions, objections, and pain points
  • Proactively group insights into themes for product, commercial, or operational improvements
  • Contribute to the creation of call scripts, FAQs, and sales playbooks

Requirements

  • Strong Direct Communication
  • Confident on the phone and via messaging
  • Able to persuade, handle objections, and maintain a positive customer experience
  • High Organisational Discipline
  • Comfortable managing large volumes of leads simultaneously
  • Systematic in follow-ups, CRM updates, and task prioritisation
  • Proactive, Insight-Driven Mindset
  • Actively identifies patterns in customer feedback
  • Thinks beyond execution to suggest improvements across product, pricing, or operations
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial roles
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated by impact rather than just volume
