About the role

  • Drive all things internal communications such as townhalls, recognition posts, newsletters, and ad-hoc updates
  • Create content people want to read — taking business updates and turning them into engaging, clear, and human stories that make sense to everyone, not just the department that wrote them.
  • Design collaterals and build presentation decks for internal events
  • Be the guardian of our communication channels
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and projects across the regions to increase productivity, enhance wellbeing and foster an inclusive working culture.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams — gathering updates, aligning on timing, and making sure messages are consistent, on brand, and delivered in one voice.
  • Shape the Teleport voice — ensuring that whether a message comes from the CEO, a country head, or a team owner, it feels connected, clear, and part of the same story.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing courses, Mass comm, English Language or any related
  • Strong writing and editing skills - able to make any message clear, engaging, and fit for the audience.
  • Creative with a keen eye - Canva and Capcut may be your best friends
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable running the show without needing constant supervision.
  • Able to pivot through tight deadlines and adapt as and when priorities shift.
  • Comfortable working with different teams and seniority
  • Outspoken and comfortable presenting or hosting
  • Bonus: familiar with Google suite and Workvivo
