About the role
- Lead the vision and strategy. This includes identifying and executing large-scale transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and consistency across the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Champion data-driven decision making by advancing the use of recruiting analytics and partnering with TA to define key metrics of success
- Manage and enhance Teleport’s recruiting technology stack, including Ashby, Candidate.fyi, and related tools
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of work experience in recruiting operations and analytics
- Success designing and scaling hiring operations in high-growth, global environments
- Strong expertise with with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes
