About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct full life-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top professionals
Support business goals by developing, implementing, and improving day-to-day recruiting operations
Identify, source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Create a positive candidate experience and collaborate with hiring managers
Perform targeted research using internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and other research personnel
Research, assemble, and analyze data to make recruiting recommendations
Verify candidate qualifications and schedule interviews for hiring managers and executives
Oversee pre-employment requirements, including background investigations, reference checks, drug testing, credit checks, and fingerprinting
Collaborate with leaders and Human Resources on new-hire requirements, compensation, EEOC, and related recruiting issues
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external recruiting resources
Represent Teleperformance professionally and accurately to candidates
Review onboarding completion and verify new-hire paperwork
Communicate expectations, employment offers, and orientation requirements to candidates
Maintain accurate recruiting data through timely dispositioning and reporting
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably in the BPO market
Experience recruiting for Finance, Payroll, and Banking positions/industry
Experience with salary negotiations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Efficient time management
Sufficient depth of knowledge in employment law strongly preferred
Ability to influence across a matrix of business constituents
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with employees, management, and vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick learner and quick problem solver
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas regarding recruiting and overall employee experience
ATS experience, preferably iCIMS and Workday
Excellent attendance history required
