English Travel Representative
TeleperformanceReservations Representative providing customer support and travel options at Teleperformance. Effectively turning inquiries into sales and ensuring a superior travel experience for customers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers currently traveling or interested in purchasing/researching travel
- Greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
- Effectively turn customer inquiries into sales
- Utilize appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals
- Research travel rates, destinations, options and packages for customers
- Provide information, suggestions and options in a manner that is accurate, effectively meets the needs of customers, and entices them to purchase
- Accurately track and report call types and service issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- College or some college degree (preferred)
- Two years of customer sales, upsales, telemarketing and service experience (required)
- Two years Corporate or leisure travel industry experience (required)
- One-year international booking experience
- Strong communication skills are required
