Senior Team Leader – Homes Supply Project

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.
- Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.
- Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.
- Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.
- Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.
- Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- English level: Proficient (C1)
- Preferred secondary language: Italian, Spanish, or French
- Minimum of 18 months of experience as a Team Leader
- Additional languages are a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Good people skills
- Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
- A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus
- Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop
- High emotional intelligence
