About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Detect and understand customer’s objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs.
  • Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
  • Be responsible for increasing spend and campaign´s upselling.
  • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience
  • Language Skills: C2 level of English
  • 16 months of experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
  • Can complete tasks independently with moderate supervision
  • Has worked with CRM tools to update and retrieve customer information.
  • Has used AI features or tools and is learning how to apply them in work.
  • Communicates well in familiar situations and with known audiences.
  • Likes working toward goals and contributing to team progress.
  • Can deliver presentations and write clear messages.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative when confident.
  • Works independently on familiar tasks and asks for help when needed.
  • Understands how their work supports business goals.
  • Can support competitor research with guidance
  • Tries to ensure customers have a smooth and helpful experience.
  • UK Market Knowledge: general understanding of the UK business landscape. Knowledge of market trends and key sectors.
  • Familiarity with UK business practices and etiquette.
  • UK Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with UK professionals. Understanding of the nuances of British business communication.
  • Familiarity with formal and informal communication styles.
  • UK Digital Knowledge:
  • General knowledge of the UK digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Understanding of digital platforms and trends in the UK.
  • UK Legal Knowledge: Basic knowledge of UK data privacy regulations (GDPR and local regulations).
  • Understanding of relevant business laws and regulations in the UK
  • Process Excellence: Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
