WFM Analyst – RTA
Teleperformance. Create and maintain rosters according to the interval-based forecast, taking into account the requirements of the client, management and employees .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain rosters according to the interval-based forecast, taking into account the requirements of the client, management and employees
- Calculate and monitor variances between available and required staffing and provide adjustment solutions
- Perform data analysis and produce forecasts, statistics, charts and reports
- Continuously improve knowledge of tasks and tools
- Act as a communication liaison with employees
- Work closely with regional and local WFM teams and cover operational tasks during absences
- Monitor staffing levels and available resources with consideration of KPI targets
- Optimize the potential handling capacity across all channels to ensure forecasts are met within defined KPIs and with optimal skill coverage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Preferably a commercial/business education; prior experience in service centers is desirable
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (PivotTables, formulas, functions and charts, etc.)
- Preferably experience in scheduling and/or real-time management
- Experience with planning/workforce management software is an advantage (TSQ, Aspect, NICE, etc.)
- Excellent numerical understanding and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High resilience and flexibility
- Team-oriented, analytical, structured, results-driven and highly proactive
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze critical situations in the context of operational planning and present solutions
- Ability to interpret complex contractual provisions related to scheduling and real-time management
