German Speaking Inside Sales Representative – Digital Advertising

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
- Qualify inbound leads and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Understand business needs and align product offerings accordingly.
- Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes.
- Develop expertise in regional onboarding requirements.
- Support businesses in submitting accurate documentation.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
- Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- C2 level of German and a C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
- At least 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
- Experience in call center or sales-driven environments.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Clear and structured communicator.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Capable of working independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
- Team collaboration experience.
- Awareness of home services sectors.
