French Speaking Inside Sales Representative – Digital Advertising

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
- Qualify leads and manage a well-organized sales pipeline.
- Identify business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Assist clients through onboarding and verification steps.
- Learn and apply regional onboarding procedures.
- Help businesses submit required documentation accurately.
- Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
- At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
- Familiarity with call center operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently.
- Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
- Experience working in teams.
- General knowledge of home services industries.
