About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
  • Qualify leads and manage a well-organized sales pipeline.
  • Identify business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
  • Assist clients through onboarding and verification steps.
  • Learn and apply regional onboarding procedures.
  • Help businesses submit required documentation accurately.
  • Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with call center operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently.
  • Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
  • Experience working in teams.
  • General knowledge of home services industries.
