About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
  • Qualify leads and support pipeline management.
  • Understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Assist with onboarding and verification processes.
  • Learn regional onboarding requirements and support clients accordingly.
  • Help collect and submit necessary documentation.
  • Escalate issues through proper channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • C2 level of English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 15 months of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business is beneficial.
  • Teamwork experience.
  • Awareness of home services industries.
