Requirements

What you’ll need

C2 level of German and English.
Extensive experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
2+ years experience in legal compliance, trust & safety, or verification, with deep knowledge of local legislation.
Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
