About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
  • Support lead qualification and pipeline organization.
  • Understand business needs and assist in product alignment.
  • Guide clients through onboarding steps and verification.
  • Learn and apply onboarding procedures across regions.
  • Assist in documentation collection and submission.
  • Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • C2 level of Spanish and Italian plus C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 12 months of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
  • Interest in home services industries.
