About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
- Support lead qualification and pipeline organization.
- Understand business needs and assist in product alignment.
- Guide clients through onboarding steps and verification.
- Learn and apply onboarding procedures across regions.
- Assist in documentation collection and submission.
- Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.
- Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- C2 level of Spanish and Italian plus C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
- At least 12 months of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
- Interest in home services industries.
