Requirements

What you’ll need

Swiss German proficiency at C1 level minimum; English at B1 level is an advantage
Strong communication skills, reliability and commitment
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Computer skills
Stable internet connection for home office – Download 10 Mbps; Upload 5 Mbps (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)

Permanent full-time employment (40 hours per week)
Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day) + transport allowance (60 KM net)
Full-time contract from the first day of training
Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office – accommodation, transport and all expenses covered by TP B&H
Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
Additional paid work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
