About the role

  • Support customer inquiries and concerns as the first point of contact
  • Provide professional customer support specifically for our Swiss premium client in the food industry
  • Work within the business hours: Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00

Requirements

  • Swiss German proficiency at least C1 level; English at B1 level is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team
  • Computer skills
  • Reliable internet connection for home office - Download 10 Mbps; Upload 5 Mbps (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)
Benefits
  • Permanent employment with a full-time contract (40 working hours per week)
  • Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal (14.5 KM net per working day)
  • Transportation allowance (60 KM net)
  • Full-time contract from the first day of training

  • Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
