About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support customer inquiries and concerns as the first point of contact
Provide professional customer support specifically for our Swiss premium client in the food industry
Work within the business hours: Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00

Requirements

What you’ll need

Swiss German proficiency at least C1 level; English at B1 level is an advantage
Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
Willingness to learn and work in a team
Computer skills
Reliable internet connection for home office - Download 10 Mbps; Upload 5 Mbps (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)

Permanent employment with a full-time contract (40 working hours per week)
Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal (14.5 KM net per working day)
Transportation allowance (60 KM net)
Full-time contract from the first day of training

Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
