About the role
- Consecutive interpretation between English and Bosnian in areas such as medical, banking, insurance, emergency services, and customer service
- Taking notes to ensure accurate interpretation
- Live online audio and video interpretation via PC application
- Adherence to security, customer, and client protocols
- Ongoing improvement of general and industry-specific vocabulary
- Providing impartial communication support between clients and their customers
- Performing all interpretation tasks according to client instructions and best practices
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Bosnian (spoken and written)
- Permanent residence and registered address in Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Willingness to work shifts (24/7 availability)
