About the role
- Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
- Company evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Company qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
- Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team’s needs.
- Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
- Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable format.
Requirements
- Language Skills: C2 level of German and C1 level of English
- Over 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the German market.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and some automation.
- Good analytical thinking and awareness of market trends, especially in the German SMB space.
- Detail-oriented and careful in work.
- Comfortable using reports, databases, and CRM systems.
- Organized and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage time well and handle several tasks at once
- Can work independently and stay focused with occasional supervision
- Familiar with CRM systems and customer data management.
- Has used AI tools to support daily work and outreach strategies.
- Works well in environments with clear goals and team collaboration
