About the role

  • Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
  • Company evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  • Company qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
  • Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
  • Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team’s needs.
  • Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
  • Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable format.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: C2 level of German and C1 level of English
  • Over 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the German market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and some automation.
  • Good analytical thinking and awareness of market trends, especially in the German SMB space.
  • Detail-oriented and careful in work.
  • Comfortable using reports, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Organized and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage time well and handle several tasks at once
  • Can work independently and stay focused with occasional supervision
  • Familiar with CRM systems and customer data management.
  • Has used AI tools to support daily work and outreach strategies.
  • Works well in environments with clear goals and team collaboration
